• What’s in the Mason Jar?

So Dani, What’s in the Mason Jar? And Why?

Limes – helps fight infection, and are a good source of potassium, vitamins A, B, C, and D, calcium, and magnesium – boom!

Mint –  adds a touch of ‘wake me up’  and the smell alone will add energy to your day, all day, every day. Mint also helps settle your stomach and aids in digestion as well.

Cucumbers – helps hydrates you, provides extra vitamins and minerals. It also helps curb your appetite and is good for your skin

Ginger -The tasty, sizzling my life root helps cleanse out your system, aids in digestion, and settles your stomach.

Aloe Vera Juice – aids in weight loss, digestion, immune function, and helps with the detoxing process.

Spring Water – Spring water is naturally alkaline which is perfect for life because it helps regulate your body’s PH level. It’s believed to help neutralize the acid in our bodies! Perfection! Right?! If that body is neutralized…that life is neutralized! Hello!

Oh really?! That’s interesting …how often do you switch the food out of your jar?

I switch my substances out every 2 days. It’s best to prepare this water in the evening and drink it first thing in the morning. From there, I keep refilling my water until the end of the day with Crystal Geyser’s natural spring water.

How often do you drink the jar of water?

Every single day.  You ain’t know?! My mason jar holds 3 cups but by the time I add everything in the jar – it’s more like 3 cups…I keep refilling until I get the appropriate amount for the day (at least 64 oz)

    Other notes…

    – Keep the water at warm temperature (no cold water) I’ll tell you why later – or you can research for yourself – haha!

    – be gentle with your measurements of ginger and mint – start out with small pieces.

    – add 1/4 of aloe vera juice to the water. Let the water make -up most of the drink

I think that is it for now…stay connected…I’m still learning 🙂

So the point is ….I encourage you to try one or more of these foods in your water. Make sure the water is natural spring water.
